Shipping policy

We aim to ship most orders within 2 working days but this might be slightly longer during busier times. You will always get an email from us to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries usually happen within two working days using either a 24 or 48-hour Royal Mail service, based on customer choice.   This may be slightly longer in exceptional circumstances, or at busier times of the year, such as Christmas.  If your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact us hello@thebluebirdboutique.co.uk and we will do our very best to help you.

For most items we do not need a signature at the point of delivery. If no one is home, Royal Mail will leave the item in a safe place or take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect.

For higher value items such as some of our jewellery, , boots, bags and accessories we may use a signed for delivery service. 

Please note that we ship Monday to Friday currently and cut off for special delivery services is 3.00pm.
