Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will always love your items once you receive them, but if for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return something to us, you may do so, subject to the following conditions:

• You notify us within 14 days after the day you receive your item
• The item has not been worn and tags are still attached.
• The item is clean and is not marked with makeup, tan or deodorant and does not smell of perfume or smoke.
• For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings are not eligible for return.

In the event of a refund request, please email hello@thebluebirdboutique.co.uk to notify us of your return.  We will refund the amount of your purchase including the original postage costs.  We do not however refund the cost of returning the goods to us.  

You should retain evidence of the item having been sent. No refund will be made if the item is not received by us and no such evidence is available.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Your order will be thoroughly checked by one of us at Bluebird HQ before it is dispatched but if for any reason you find it to be faulty, please contact us at hello@thebluebirdboutique.co.uk and we will rectify this for you. It would mean a great deal to us if you would allow us the opportunity to remedy any problems before you post negative feedback on social media, thank you.

Exchanges
If you wish to return an item to us for an exchange, then please email us at the address above and we will happily arrange this for you.

Refunds
We will always try to process your refund as quickly as possible, but in any event within 14 days from us receiving your return. You will receive an email from us confirming that your refund has been processed.

If you have any additional questions or need our help, please drop us an email at hello@thebluebirdboutique.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible, but not later than within 2 working days.
